It's the small things that count

Client's often attend appointments talking about what they should do but don't do. We need to remember to be kind to ourselves. Life can be so busy that we do well just to try and keep up with the pace sometimes. If you can't fit in the big changes then try and introduce some small one's. The simple act of taking the time to do our hair in the morning or remembering to put moisturiser on each night can often be the routine we need to kick start other positive changes into to lives. Never underestimate the value of self care and where small changes can make a big difference to self esteem and self worth.
